Jacob Rund, a reporter at Bloomberg Law, has left the news organization for a position doing corporate communications for LabCorp.
Rund has been covering corporate enforcement and compliance, insurance law, white-collar crime, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and foreign bribery. He had been at Bloomberg since January 2018.
He previously was at Congressional Quarterly covering the Securities and Exchange Commission and mergers and acquisitions.
Rund also worked at Warren Communications covering the Federal Communications Commission, the communications industry, telecom-related legislation, and regulations concerning internet infrastructure.
He is a graduate of Arizona State University and Franklin College.
