The Wall Street Journal has promoted Gabe Rubin to the post of national economics reporter.
He will also cover student debt.
Rubin has been with the Journal for over 5 years, recently serving as politics reporter and Washington Wire author. He also served as a financial regulation reporter and reporter/multimedia producer. He was also a finance reporter at Morning Consult.
Rubin graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was editor-in-chief of the student paper.
