He joins from Courthouse News Service, where he has worked as a reporter.
Rodgers interned at Gannett during his time at the University of Delaware. After graduating, he worked at The Asbury Park Press in New Jersey. He then served as a reporter at the Kent County News, covering the county government beat.
He then worked at The Star Democrat and has freelanced for Outdoor Delaware, Beach Life Magazine and Xtra Magazine.
