Rochester Post-Bulletin reader: cut stock listings bad

Jay Furst, who is the managing editor of the Post-Bulletin in Rochester, Minn., listened in on a conversation with 10 readers last night, noted that one had this comment about the newspaper:
“One guy said taking out the Saturday full-page stock listings makes us less ‘professional.'”
Just more grist for the mill that newspapers are making a mistake by cutting stock listings.
