Burl Rolett has been hired as a business reporter for RichmondBizSense.com, a website in the Virginia city that covers business news, reports founder Aaron Kremer.
Rolett was a reporting intern at the website in the summer of 2012.
He graduated in May from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Va. Rolett, who is from Peoria, Ill., covers the commercial real estate, entrepreneurship and the business of sports.
“BizSense has a great team of editors who helped me grow as a reporter over the past summer,” said Rolett in an email to Talking Biz News. “They’re doing some exciting things in online news and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.”
