Reuters has hired reporter Raphael Satter to cover cybersecurity and tech policy.
His first day was Monday.
Satter previously had been at the Associated Press from 2005, primarily from London and writing about the intersection of technology and humanity. He also wrote about cybersecurity, espionage, biometrics, civil liberty, corruption, tax evasion, money laundering, theft, fraud, and terrorism.
He covered WikiLeaks, the Climategate emails, the rise of Anonymous, and a host of other cybersecurity issues.
Satter is a University of Chicago graduate.
