After working as an editorial trainee at Reuters, Elizabeth Howcroft will be joining the company full-time as an EMEA breaking finance and markets news correspondent.
Previously, she was a researcher at BBC. Before that, Howcroft was with Bloomberg where she worked as a news intern for 10 weeks. She also completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts course during her internship.
Howcroft has also co-edited at The Mays Anthology with guest editor Alexandra Shulman. Before that, she held the post of editor-in-chief at Varsity Publications Limited and also served at The Times foreign desk.
Additionally, Howcroft has worked at the Literary Review, The Telegraph, the Bedfordshire on Sunday and as a production runner at BBC.
Howcroft holds a a degree from Magdalene College, Cambridge.
