Lynne Marek, a senior reporter at Crain’s Chicago Business, has left the publication.
Marek had been with Crain’s Chicago since March 2010.
“And let me say this, covering Chicago’s finance, media and higher education beats for the past decade has been an absolutely fantastic experience,” she wrote on LinkedIn.
Before Crain’s Chicago, Marek was the Chicago bureau chief for the National Law Journal. She also worked at Bloomberg News for 11 years, covering airlines, railroads and the Federal Reserve.
She also spent three years at the Chicago Tribune.
