Anora M. Gaudiano, a markets and investing reporter at MarketWatch.com, is leaving the website to become a financial advisor.
She has been at MarketWatch since December 2013.
Before that, Gaudiano worked at the Financial Times as a U.S. equities reporter and as an online news editor. As the equities reporter, she wrote the daily stock market story. As online news editor, she was part of the web team on the news desk, overseeing the FT’s U.S. and Asia edition front pages.
Before attending Columbia University as a Knight-Bagehot fellow, Gaudiano was web markets editor for the FT.
She also worked at BBC Radio, filing three to five radio reports a week, as well as two-way live and pre-recorded interviews for BBC Uzbek and Russian service, from New York on topics ranging from terror attacks of 9/11 to economic news.
She has a bachelor’s degree from Pace University.
