Reorg has hired David Carnevali as a senior editor.
He started on Monday and will be developing a platform at Reorg within an existing product, Reorg M&A, focused on providing breaking news content on mergers and acquisitions and activism in the U.S. market.
Carnevali will be recruiting and managing a team of journalists, as well as working closely with the research, marketing and commercial teams of Reorg to develop and establish the product in a highly competitive industry. He will also be involved in reporting on some situations and deals.
Carnevali was most recently head of strategic activism and M&A at ActivistMonitor, an Acuris publication. He was also a senior reporter there.
He also spent more than two years at DealReporter, another Acuris publication, in London as a reporter.
