She previously was a reporter covering city affairs. She joined the staff in early 2018.
Quinn grew up in Northwest Indiana and graduated from Franklin College in 2013, opting then to make central Indiana her home. She was a reporter for papers in Portland and Greenfield before landing a job at IBJ in 2018. She’s covered everything from the cops beat to city and county government in communities east of Indianapolis.
