Quartz tech reporter Simone Stolzoff is switching beats to cover how tech relates to work and labor.
Stolzoff, who is based in San Francisco, was covering automation, tech ethics, and Silicon Valley culture. He joined Quartz in June.
He recently graduated from Stanford University with a master’s degree in journalism. He studied feature writing and multimedia storytelling.
Stolzoff is a native of San Francisco. He has written for Fast Company, Vice, and various other publications. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in economics and creative writing, he worked as a copywriter and marketer in the tech industry.
He was also director of communications for food/tech startup Josephine.
