Publisher: Why I joined the Silicon Valley Business Journal

Malcolm Bordelon, the new publisher of the Silicon Valley Business Journal, writes about why he joined the American City Business Journals paper.

Bordelon writes, “I’ve passed around SVBJ’s paper edition to make sure another C-level exec in my office saw an important article

“I’ve forwarded links to breaking news stories that might impact a key client or partner. And I’ve attended SVBJ events where I’ve met new prospects or reconnected with old associates.

“Like many of you, I’ve been a consumer of SVBJ in every format: Digital, print and events. And I’ve employed the SVBJ to target and reach Silicon Valley business leaders and decisionmakers to move a sales needle of my own.

“The SVBJ works. It’s the pre-eminent business news source in Silicon Valley and a resource for business leaders throughout California. But it’s that and so much more.”
