The Portland Press Herald in Maine has named Hannah LaClaire to cover business.
LaClaire has been at its sister paper, The Times Herald, since 2018.
LaClaire took home the Bob Drake Young Writer’s Award, which is given to a journalist with less than two years of experience, from the Maine Press Association last year.
LaClaire currently covers the communities of Brunswick and Freeport, which includes Bowdoin College and the ongoing redevelopment of the former Brunswick Naval Air Station.
