Politico health care reporter Rachana D. Pradhan will be joining Kaiser Health News to report on how policy decisions in D.C. impact people’s lives.
She will be leaving Politico after five years to start her new role this coming year.
Before joining Politico, Pradhan served as chief editor and associate editor at Inside Washington Publishers. She was also with The Charlottesville Daily Progress for two years as city reporter.
Additionally, she also interned at The Free Lance-Star and was also the news editor for her university’s student newspaper.
Pradhan has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and French from James Madison University.
