Bloomberg News reporter Sarah Ponczek is leaving the news organization to become an advisor at UBS Private Wealth Management.
She will start her new job this summer.
“Thank you to everyone at Bloomberg who made these past years better than I ever could have imagined,” she wrote on Twitter.
She has been at Bloomberg since September 2016, reporting on financial markets. She also appeared daily on Bloomberg Television and Bloomberg Radio and acted as a fill-in anchor.
Ponczek also co-hosted Bloomberg’s weekly markets podcast “What Goes Up.”
She is a University of Michigan graduate. While in school, she interned at “Wall Street Week.”
