Lauren Morello will be joining Politico’s health care team starting next month.
There, she will aid the organization in expanding its coverage of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Recently, Morello was serving as an Americas bureau chief at Nature Research. She was with the organization for seven years. Before that, she was with E&E News where she started off as a reporter and went up to working as a science reporter for the company.
Morello received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Drew University and she holds a master’s degree in science and medical journalism from Boston University.
