Pennsylvania paper combines Sunday biz section with living

The Centre Daily Times in Pennsylvania has combined its Sunday Money section with its Living section in a new section called Sunday Life.

Executive editor Bob Heisse writes, “Why make this change? Why now?

“We think you’ll like this section, covering a mix of topics like a Sunday magazine. This new format also allows us to print this section along with CDTV, combining jobs on the press and reducing the cost of production. We’ll save some newsprint with this change too, at a time when newsprint prices are increasing faster than prices at the pump.

“All in all, we hope you like Sunday Life and find plenty to read inside.”
