Ziff Davis Holding Inc., the parent of PC Magazine, has had its reorganization plan approved by a bankruptcy court judge, allowing it to emerge from bankruptcy court protection, Reuters reports.
Reuters stated, “The company, which publishes PC Magazine, Electronic Gaming magazine and about 15 Web sites, filed for bankruptcy protection in March.
“U.S. bankruptcy judge Burton Lifland in Manhattan said in a court order on Tuesday that the company had gained appropriate acceptance from creditors for its reorganization plan.”
