Orlando Business Journal names new publisher

Robert Bobroff has been named publisher of the Orlando Business Journal, replacing Martin Lewis, who left American City Business Journals.

A story on its website states, “Bobroff has been director of sales and marketing at the business journal since May 2013. In that role, he’s overseen both advertising sales and audience development.

“A Central Florida native, Bobroff joined the Orlando Business Journal as a circulation sales representative in January 2009, became an advertising account executive 22 months later, then became audience development director in January 2012 before being named advertising director in 2013.

“Bobroff is a graduate of Orlando’s University of Central Florida, and he and his wife have two daughters, ages 14 and 5. He describes himself as a ‘big college football fan.'”
