Ohio Business Journal sold

The Business Journal of West Central Ohio has been sold to the The Delphos (Ohio) Herald, according to a story on the E&P web site. Terms were undisclosed.

“After more than 11 years of owning and publishing the Business Journal we are extremely pleased to turn the reins over to a publisher that will maintain the same high standards our subscribers and advertisers are accustomed to,” said Ron Freed, owner of the Business Journal, in a statement.

The Business Journal has a circulation of 9,900 and is mailed for free.

The Business Journal of West Central Ohio is a monthly publication. The Business Journal is the only locally focused business magazine covering the nine county area of West Central Ohio, including Allen, Auglaize, Hancock, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Putnam, Shelby, and Van Wert counties.
