Zachary Kussin, a real estate reporter in New York, has been hired to cover the beat for the New York Post.
His first day will be Nov. 10.
He replaces Max Gross, who resigned to become editor of Commercial Observer, a New York Observer publication that tracks commercial real estate news in the city.
Kussin is currently on staff at The Real Deal Magazine since Feburary 2012, first as an editorial assistant, then as a web producer, and now as a reporter for its sister publication, Luxury Listings NYC. His beat is the residential real estate market. His last day there will be Nov. 5.
His work has appeared in The New York Times, Newsweek, Brooklyn Based, and on the website of PBS “Need to Know.”
Kussin is a graduate of Bard College and the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism.
