Charlotte Greensit will be joining The New York Times Opinion as Opinion’s managing editor and associate editorial page editor.
Her new role begins July 6.
For the past 5 years, Greensit was with The Intercept which she joined in 2015 as managing editor. Recently, she held the post of managing editor and director of digital strategy at the organization.
Greensit is also the co-founder and was president of Hybrid Vigor Media. She was also Bookazine editor at Time Inc.
In addition, she was with Time magazine for more than 12 years which she joined in 1998 as senior editor, international. She was then promoted to the post of senior editor, international and U.S. at the magazine.
