Alexis Swerdloff is now deputy editor at New York Magazine.
Previously, she held the post of Strategist editor at the publication.
In her new role, Swerdloff will continue to oversee the Strategist and help direct Curbed, along with the magazine’s food coverage.
Swerdloff has been with New York Magazine for the past 8 years, joining as a senior editor.
Previously, she was an executive editor for Papermag.com for more than 3 years. She has also worked at Paper Magazine for more than 7 years, joining as an editorial assistant/associate editor and then serving as an executive editor.
She was also a news assistant The New York Sun.
Swerdloff holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University.
