The Financial Times has tapped Henry Foy as its EU diplomatic correspondent, based in Brussels. Previously, Foy was Moscow bureau chief.
Foy has been with FT for over 8 years, joining as automotive correspondent. He then served as Central Europe correspondent and then as a Moscow correspondent.
He was also India correspondent at Thomson Reuters and a reporter at Businessworld Magazine.
Foy is a graduate of the University of York.
