The Los Angeles Times has launched a new blog called Money & Co. that is designed to track the ins and outs of investing.
In an e-mail, Petruno says that he expects to do most of the blogging, but the blog is open to all staffers who want to contribute investor-related items.
“We’ve been planning this for some time,” says Petruno. “It got delayed in February and March as the market turmoil sapped a lot of my time.”
Petruno has been chronicling financial markets’ highs and lows since 1979, and has been the Times’ financial columnist since 1990. He writes on markets, corporate finance and the economy, and how it all ties in to individual investors’ portfolios.
