A new editor is now overseeing business news coverage at the Cincinnati Enquirer.
Carl Weiser is now the editor overseeing government, politics and business coverage as part of a large newsroom reorganization.
Cindi Andrews had been the business editor, but she is now the investigative and enterprise editor. Andrews has taken over the business editor role in March.
Weiser has been with the paper since 2005, first as the government editor and then as a content strategist. Before that, he was a reporter for the Gannett News Service and a reporter for the Wilmington News Journal in Delaware.
He’s a University of Michigan graduate.
