The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has named Brian Hyslop as business editor, according to a short item in Monday’s newspaper. The announcement removes the “interim” before his title.
R.J. Hufnagel will become associate business editor. Hufnagel, a Penn State graduate, has been a copy editor and a page designer on the business desk.
Hyslop had been associate editor for business. He had replaced former business editor Steve Massey, who became AME/features at the paper, earlier this year on an interim basis.
