New beat for MLive reporter DesOrmeau

Taylor DesOrmeau

Taylor DesOrmeau, statewide economy reporter for MLive in Michigan, has switched beats and is now MLive’s data reporter.

Previously, he was covering government and business for the Jackson Citizen Patriot, which is also part of MLive. He also interned at Crossroads in Chicago.

DesOrmeau graduated from Central Michigan University, where he was sports editor for the student paper Central Michigan Life.
