NerdWallet hires French to cover travel and loyalty reward programs

Sally French

Sally French has joined NerdWallet as a writer covering the travel industry and writing on loyalty reward programs.

Previously, French was a writer at Wirecutter, The New York Times, covering personal finance and travel. Before that, she was a social media editor at MarketWatch.

She has also served as a data analyst at Investigative Reporters and Editors where she acquired, maintained, and analyzed datasets for long-term investigative projects.

Additionally, she also worked at NBC4 Los Angeles as an investigative reporting intern and also held the post of freelance reporter at The Orange County Register.

French is also the founder of TheDroneGirl.com, which reports on all things related to drones.

French is a B.A. in German and a Bachelor of journalism in investigative photojournalism with a minor in multicultural studies.
