Eshe Nelson has joined The New York Times as a business reporter in London.
Previously, she was a reporter at Quartz covering global economics, markets, and finance. Before that, she was with Bloomberg News reporting on breaking news and writing exclusive stories about the markets, the largest banks and asset managers.
She has also interned at City A.M. and served as an editorial intern at Another Magazine.
Nelson is a Knight-Bagehot fellow at Columbia University.
She is also the winner of the 2018 Wincott Young Financial Journalist of the Year award and has an Honorable Mention in the economics category of the SABEW Best in Business awards for 2018.
