NBC News has promoted Christine Haughney Dare-Bryan to the post of managing editor for its business, tech and media unit.
Previously, she was senior editor, business, tech and media unit.
Prior to joining NBC News, Dare-Bryan was assistant managing editor of special projects at Crain’s New York Business.
She was also an investigative reporter working with the Boston Globe’s Spotlight Team. Dare-Bryan was also senior investigations editor/series investigative reporter at Zero Point Zero Production Inc.
She was also a staff reporter at The New York Times, working on the media, metro and real estate desks. She also reported on the commercial real estate industry for a variety of desks at The Wall Street Journal.
She has also reported for Crain’s New York Business and The Washington Business Journal. She has also worked at The Washington Post.
Dare-Bryan is a James Beard award-winning journalist and a graduate of Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
