Nashville Post editor De Lombaerde leaves for biz journalism opportunity

Geert De Lombaerde

Nashville Post editor Geert De Lombaerde has stepped down to pursue an opportunity in business journalism.

De Lombaerde had been editor of the Nashville Post for over 13 years, leading the local business and political news team. He also oversaw content development, production and editing for breaking news website and quarterly magazine series.

De Lombaerde was also business editor at Nashville City Paper for 5 years. He has also served as managing editor and editor at Nashville Business Journal and was a reporter at Business Courier.

De Lombaerde has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from University of Missouri-Columbia.
