Modern Healthcare has hired Jessie Hellman to cover health care regulation in Congress.
She will start March 8.
Hellman is currently the national health care reporter at The Hill.
She has been at The Hill since March 2016. She has been one of the reporters to cover health care policy and politics with a focus on COVID-19, Congress, the Trump administration and the 2018 and 2020 elections.
She previously worked for the daily newspaper in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana and a master’s from the University of Illinois-Springfield.
