MIT Technology Review has hired Tanya Basu as a senior reporter covering humans and technology.
“I’ll be reporting on how humans affect tech — and how tech affects humans,” wrote Basu on Twitter. “It’s a whole new, crazy world of stories and I’m excited to explore it.”
Basu is currently the senior editor for science at The Daily Beast, where she has worked since October 2017. She previously worked as the science editor at Inverse.com.
She has also worked for The Atlantic and Time magazine.
