One of the highlights — or lowlights depending on your perspective — about being a business journalist in New York is attending the annual Financial Follies dinner held by The New York Financial Writers’ Association. This year, they were held on Nov. 16.
In case you missed the big event, here’s a video tour of the vast Bloomberg News operation in New York that was shown at the Follies:
As a former Bloomberg employee, my favorite parts of this video are the employee fishing in the tank, the “hording” of snacks that probably drives chairman Peter Grauer up the wall, and the guy running into the glass wall.
As I told the Bloomberg editorial staff member who sent this to me, you have to have worked there to understand a lot of the humor in this video.
