Tammy Mencel has been named the new publisher of the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal, according to a story in the paper by Carissa Wyant.
“Mencel has been with the Minneapolis paper, owned by Charlotte, N.C.-based American City Business Journals, since April 1999.
“She began as an advertising sales representative, then spent three years as associate advertising director. She assumed the role of director of advertising three years ago.”
