The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal has hired Dan DeBaun as its new food and beverage reporter, covering everything from restaurants and breweries to Minnesota’s biggest food companies.
Editor Dirk DeYoung writes, “Prior to his new position, DeBaun was a reporter with WJON-AM 1240 in St. Cloud for over three years. At WJON, he covered local business, area school boards, and local city government.
“Dan has a Bachelor of Science in mass communications from St. Cloud State University. He lives in Minneapolis’ Uptown neighborhood and is originally from Eagan.
“At the Business Journal, DeBaun also will act as digital producer, managing the Business Journal’s editorial social media accounts and special digital projects.”
