Minneapolis biz paper hires web reporter

Ed Stych has been hired as a web reporter for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal to increase its online content.

Editor Dirk DeYoung writes, “What does his arrival mean for you? It means there’s even more useful content on our website — more important local business stories and more special features, such as our new “List Leaders” packages. List Leaders unveils the Top 7 companies from one of our Top 25 Lists that we publish in the Business Journal’s print edition each week. Here’s an example.

“Look for more new content on our website in the future.

“Ed also brings a unique background to the Business Journal. He owned and ran printing businesses for more than 15 years and used the Business Journal as a resource during that time. So Ed understands what business people like you need to know when you’re reading the news, and he’s committed to providing that to you.”
