Ellen Meyers, a power finance reporter with S&P Global, will be leaving the company after three years. Meyers joined S&P Global in 2017 as a renewable energy reporter.
In her new role, she will be joining The Energy Daily at HIS Markit as a renewable energy reporter on June 15.
Previously, Meyers was lead producer at TheNewsHouse.com. She was also social media manager and later on, president of the Society of Professional Journalists. She has also served as a business news intern at The Dallas Morning News.
Before that, Meyers was web producer at the Christian Science Monitor. She has also worked at other outlets, including the Central New York Business Journal, Baked Magazine, The Daily Orange and Mondo Magazine.
Meyers is a B.S. in newspaper and online journalism from Syracuse University.
