Media General’s papers in northern Virginia have launched a new business magazine called PW Business in conjunction with the Prince William Chamber of Commerce.
PW Business will profile local businesspeople, and will also include articles about successful companies and in-depth stories about trends and issues affecting the local economy. The inaugural issue focuses on the local tourism industry and how businesses can benefit from visitors to the area.
“Prince William has a growing and vibrant business community, which is often overlooked,” said Bruce Potter, publisher of PW Business, in a statement. “Our goal is to spotlight that success and help local businesses continue to thrive by providing timely news and advertising.”
Media General’s papers in northern Virginia include two daily newspapers, the News & Messenger and the Culpeper Star-Exponent, and four weekly papers, including the Stafford County Sun and the Belvoir Eagle.
