BBC Business anchor Moshiri named BBC’s chief news presenter

Maryam Moshiri

Maryam Moshiri, anchor for BBC Business, will become BBC World News’s chief news presenter this September.

Moshiri has been with the BBC since 2003. Prior to that, she worked for INT Radio in London.

Moshiri graduated from the University of London Arts with a master’s in broadcast journalism.
