“Marketplace” journalist Wiles set to leave

Katherine Wiles

Katherine Wiles, assistant producer for digital at “Marketplace,” is departing.

Wiles joined “Marketplace” in 2019 as a digital intern. She then served as a digital production assistant.

She has also worked as a global city editor and then as a radio host at USC Annenberg Media.

She served as a staff writer, assistant city editor, features writer, news editor and opinion columnist at the Daily Trojan, the student newspaper of the University of Southern California.

Wiles holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from University of Southern California.
