Jean-Luc Bouchard, a senior editor at Medium’s business magazine Marker, has accepted its buyout offer and will be leaving on April 7.
“I’m so grateful for the time I’ve spent as a senior editor for Marker, and I am truly lucky beyond words to have had the chance to work with such an incredible team,” they wrote on Twitter.
They have been with the publication since August 2019. Bouchard recently unveiled Index, a new Medium publication focused on work.
Before Marker, Bouchard was a growth editor and senior content strategist at Acorns, the personal finance operation. They were also the growth editor at Quartz for two years and a social media editor at Business Insider.
Bouchard is a graduate of Vassar College.
