Ryan Finley, the commercial real estate reporter at Louisville Business First, is leaving the publication.
His last day will be June 25.
Finley has accepted an editing and project management role outside of journalism. He has been at the paper since August 2014, covering commercial and residential real estate, economic development and sports business.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed covering real estate and economic development in the Louisville area the past seven years and have met some incredible people along the way,” he wrote on Twitter.
Before that, he was a reporter for The News Enterprise in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, covering local and state government, health care, economic development and business while serving as the beat reporter for Fort Knox.
Finley was also a reporter, news editor and managing editor for the newspaper in Richmond, Kentucky.
