The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, a major-market statewide daily newspaper based in Little Rock, seeks a business editor.
This editor supervises a staff of eight reporters and one assistant editor and is responsible for producing business sections seven days a week, as well as front-page coverage of major financial news for a newspaper that emphasizes enterprise and in-depth reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business and finance and proven ability to plan news coverage as well as manage and coach reporters.
