Michelle Leder
Longtime business journalist Michelle Leder has begun writing a weekly column for Bloomberg Opinion.
Leder is an expert on SEC filings, having launched her site, Footnoted.com, in 2003 after writing the book “Financial Fineprint: Uncovering a Company’s True Value.”
Footnoted is currently on hiatus and is not posting new articles.
Her work has appeared in The New York Times and on the Times’ DealBook site, BusinessWeek, Conde Nast Portfolio, and many other publications. She previously was business editor for the Poughkeepsie (New York) Journal, and a business reporter for The Tampa Tribune and Bradenton Herald.
