Leber joins from Mother Jones where she spent more than 4 years working as a reporter on the climate and environment beat. Before that, she was a news editor at Grist managing its political and news coverage.
She was also a staff writer at The New Republic writing for the magazine and website. She also anchored its climate and environmental coverage. She has also worked as a political reporter at ThinkProgress.
Leber is a B.A. in political science and journalism from University of Rochester.
