Ladders adds to editorial staff, continues expansion

Workplace news site Ladders has added two new staffers as it continues to expand its editorial operation, which launched in 2017.

Ladders now has 15 people now working in its newsroom. Two recent hires are Kiran Aditham and Jennifer Fabiano.

Aditham is newsletter editor at Ladders. Prior to Ladders, Aditham was the director of content at PR/marketing firm Trust and before that, served in editor roles at Adweek, AdAge and PSFK.

Fabiano is an SEO Writer at Ladders. Previously, she wrote content focused on the entertainment Industry for Minute Media and created multimedia pieces about anything weather-related for AccuWeather.

Ladders News has grown traffic from under 1 million monthly unique visitors to over 5 million. It is generating revenue partly through onsite ads, but mostly through email sponsorship, where it has built a $2 million-plus business, offering nightly sponsorships of its subscriber newsletter, which has more than 1 million subscribers.

It has also been adding new email products, including A “Founder’s Letter” weekly flagship email by Marc Cenedella; HR Pro, an editorial newsletter focused on the HR space; and Sales Pro, an editorial newsletter focused on the Sales space.
