Kosdrosky joins Automotive News as social media coordinator

Terry Kosdrosky has joined Automotive News as social media coordinator and assistant editor of autonews.com.

A story on its website states, “Kosdrosky, 48, is returning to Crain Communications Inc., having been a reporter at Crain’s Detroit Business from 1998 to 2005. While there, he covered a variety of beats, including auto suppliers.

“He then moved to Dow Jones Newswires, where he covered suppliers and General Motors, often with his stories published in The Wall Street Journal. He spent the past 11 years in communication roles for the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich., most recently on the UMSocial team heading public engagement communications.”

Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.
